Surgical Repair of Symptomatic Medial Clavicular Fracture Non-union Using a Reversed Distal Clavicle Plate: A Report of 3 Cases

PurposeThis report aims to describe the surgical technique of using a reversed distal clavicle locking plate achieve fixation across sternoclavicular (SC) joint, and functional pain outcomes operative treatment medial fracture non-union. We hypothesized that this would facilitate bony healing improve function in patients with clavicular non-union.ResultsAge at time surgery ranged from 37-71 years; all them were male.
